I am Bouchaib Rzane, a tourism and hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across both hospitality and destination management, giving me a deep understanding of the different facets of our industry and, above all, the importance of service and human relationships.

In 2007, I founded Access Morocco with the ambition of creating a DMC that combines international standards with genuine Moroccan hospitality, creativity, and strong local expertise.

Today, one of my greatest sources of pride is seeing this journey continue as a family business. I now lead Access Morocco alongside my son, Adam, and an incredible team of passionate professionals. Being able to share my experience with the next generation, while also learning from their vision and new perspective, is particularly meaningful to me.

For me, Access Morocco is more than a company. It represents over three decades of passion for this industry, the relationships built along the way, and a legacy that I am proud to continue building together with my son and our team.

Beyond the world of travel, I have a passion for music particularly Eric Clapton and a great appreciation for Swiss watches and the craftsmanship, precision, and heritage behind them.
