At a high-level, Highgate's portfolio consists of more than 350 hotels and resorts representing over 79,000 rooms under management. While our footprint is primarily domestic, New York City remains our largest market with more than 50 hotels, complemented by a strong presence throughout Florida, Hawaii, and all across key destinations across the United States. Internationally, our portfolio continues to expand, with a growing presence in Portugal, Peru, and other strategic global markets.
