The property will feature 375 fully furnished accommodations, ranging from studios and one-bedroom residences to penthouses and expansive six-bedroom presidential suites.

On the 11th floor, a 20,000-square-foot Dayclub will overlook the Miami skyline, featuring private cabanas, multiple bars, temperature-controlled plunge pools and world-class entertainment.

The property’s extensive lifestyle offerings will also include ZERO, the first E11EVEN-branded wellness spa; EXO, a sports-inspired, all-day restaurant and social destination that evolves from breakfast through late night, activating after dark with live bands, DJs and special events, complemented by an outdoor beer garden and podcast studio; HONO Japanese Steakhouse, Lounge & Rooftop by Riviera Dining Group; a speakeasy and recording studio; and a 24-hour lobby bar.
