Amanda Eberle is an event industry leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning event production, audiovisual services, association leadership, business operations, and organizational growth.
Known for her people-first approach, Amanda has built her career around developing strong teams and strengthening company culture to enable organizations to grow effectively. Her expertise extends from business strategy, operational planning and financial performance to team development, client experience, and navigating the high-pressure environments inherent to live event production.
In 2021, Amanda joined ShowREADY, then AV Chicago, as General Manager charged with building the team, company culture, and organizational structure needed to support its next stage of growth. As the company expanded beyond its six employees, so did her role, leading to current position as Vice President leading approximately 40 employees and a network of roughly 400 contractors across North America.
Amanda holds an Executive Leadership MBA from James Madison University and has been recognized as a Commercial Integrator “40 Under 40” honoree and recipient of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) Ignite Award. She is a founding board member and former treasurer of Women in AV/IT and has held leadership roles with the Illinois LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce and ILEA, including chairing the latter’s International Membership Committee.
