As Director at Discover India Tours Pvt. Ltd., I lead the agency's work across both leisure travel and MICE — from a family's first tailor-made journey through Rajasthan to a corporate incentive for two hundred delegates, or a product launch that needs a stage, a stand and a story. Whatever the brief, my focus is the same: turning it into a journey, or an event, that runs without a hitch once it's on the ground.

Our work sits at the intersection of logistics and hospitality: venue sourcing across convention centres, palaces, resorts and heritage hotels; vendor negotiation; on-site production; delegate management; and the contingency planning that keeps a three-day conference — or a three-week circuit through five states — from ever showing its seams. Over the years, we've built the agency's standing relationships with major venues, DMCs, hotels and suppliers specifically so that scale is never the constraint — fifty delegates or five hundred, a single traveller or a full group tour, all draw on the same depth of ground network.
