Her expertise goes beyond operations and sales, with a strong focus on strategic development, destination positioning and the long-term growth of Montenegro as an emerging, high-potential MICE destination.

Today, Kika serves as Strategic Development Manager at Montenegro Stars Hotel Group, where she focuses on the company’s strategic growth, development and long-term positioning.

Alongside her corporate role, she also serves as Vice President of the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro – MICE Tourism Chapter, actively contributing to stronger industry cooperation, connecting key stakeholders and supporting the strategic development and international visibility of Montenegro’s MICE sector.
