Beatriz Sá is Head of Sales & Business Development at Portugal Travel Team, leading the company’s commercial strategy and international growth.

Part of the second generation of a family-founded DMC with nearly 30 years of experience, she represents a new way of approaching destination management - where creativity is grounded in operational reality, and every idea is designed to be delivered, not just imagined.

She works closely with global clients and partners to translate objectives into programs that are precise, relevant, and impactful -combining deep destination expertise with a clear understanding of the MICE industry and its different segments.

Beyond her role, Beatriz is Global Co-Chair of SITE’s Young Leaders community and was recognised as SITE Young Leader of the Year - actively shaping conversations around the future of the industry and the next generation of professionals.
