I’m the Founder and CEO of Kirkland Event & Destination Services, a full-service destination management company based in South Florida. Since 2006, my team and I have partnered with Fortune 500 companies and leading brands to curate unforgettable corporate experiences—from high-impact incentive trips and executive retreats to flawless meetings, activations, and multi-day programs.

Originally from St. Louis and a proud University of Kansas grad, I started my career at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis in Events and Marketing—and that spirit of excellence still drives everything we do. I now call South Florida home, where I live with my husband and two incredible daughters (Lilly at UF and Lexi at GW in D.C.). We share a love of travel, sports, and soaking up the sunshine on the water.

I currently serve on the Flagler Advisory Board in Palm Beach County, and I’m a former board member of the Palm Beach County Hotel & Lodging Association.
