At ECO Destination Management Services (ECODMS), I’m fortunate to lead a team that believes in challenging the expected, creating new possibilities, and never being afraid to go first. For more than 39+ years, that spirit has helped shape our reputation in Aruba and throughout the industry as the “DMC of Firsts.” It’s a philosophy that has shaped my own professional journey as well for the past 25+ years.

I became the first DMC professional in Aruba to earn the SITE CIS (2015), DMCP (2016), and SITE CITP (2018) credentials. Today, I serve on the ADMEI International Board and remain actively involved with several industry and local boards and committees, including ADMEI, FICP, and more.

I’m especially proud of what we’ve achieved together. Under my leadership, ECODMS received the 2018 SITE Crystal Award for Excellence in Incentive Travel – Latin America & Caribbean Region, and in 2024, I was honored with the Smart Women in Meetings “Entrepreneur” Award.

At heart, I’m still a hands-on DMC professional who believes in genuine relationships, personalized service, developing people, and creating opportunities for others to grow. Together with my team, I’m always looking toward the next idea, the next opportunity, and, hopefully, the next “first.”

“Be the opportunity in every challenge.”
