Stacy’s East Coast hotel expertise starts with a passion for people, understanding what’s motivating each group to meet, and building relationships that enhance events. Her current role at Fox Harb’r Resort revolves around sharing her love of Northumberland Shore, Nova Scotia. “I want everyone to smell the ocean air, feel the breeze on the golf course, taste our amazing seafood and wine. Even, hopefully, find time to stroll in the sand, stick your toes in the warmest waters north of the Carolinas, and just look out toward neighbouring PEI.”

In her 20-year hospitality career so far, Stacy has also worked for both of Halifax’s Delta hotels, supporting the national and international Association market. Before that, a Toronto role in corporate support for school fundraising prepared her for the detailed focus every event-related professional needs. Stacy is a current member of MPI Toronto, FICP, and SITE. As a military spouse who moved around a fair amount, she knows first-hand how much flexibility counts. And that she’ll always come home to Nova Scotia. “Hospitality isn’t just a word or an industry out here in Atlantic Canada, it’s the daily way we all live.”

In her off hours, Stacy’s two hockey-loving young boys have her volunteering with their local player association and keeping her cool at the rink – all summer long. Even if there is no place she would rather be than one of Nova Scotia’s many, perfectly uncrowded beaches.
