Isaac Pacheco is the Senior Director of Sales & Partnerships at the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. With more than 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Isaac is passionate about building strong partnerships and creating opportunities that connect visitors worldwide with one of New York City’s most meaningful destinations.
In his role, he leads sales and partnership initiatives across the domestic and international travel trade, developing strategic relationships, programs, and experiences that expand access to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Known for his collaborative, relationship-driven approach, Isaac works closely with tour operators, DMCs, meeting planners, travel advisors, attractions, and industry partners to create opportunities that deliver value for both visitors and partners.
