I am considered by my peers, as one of Saint Lucia’s most dynamic women in the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality Industry. For the past thirty-five, out of the forty-one years in the industry, I dedicate my energy, focus and passion to the Destination Management Company (DMC) division of my company.
My love, passion, patience, creativity and innovation, coupled with a humble spirit and a giving heart have afforded me the winning bids to manage many Incentive Group programs for fortune 500 and international brands.
As the matriarch and Chief Executive Officer of Solar Tours & Travel DMC, I enjoy an abundance of precious experiences through the many people I meet and the relationships I have built throughout my DMC journey. My day-to-day gratification is, selflessly imparting what I learn and gain in the MICE industry, to my team and to offer guidance to anyone who would ask.
