Donna Rogers is a seasoned hospitality sales professional with deep experience representing luxury hotels, resorts, and destinations. Based in Northern California, she currently serves as Director of West Coast Sales for Visit Salt Lake, working with clients throughout California, Oregon, and Washington to bring meetings and events to Salt Lake.

Born and raised in Central and South America, Donna brings a multicultural perspective to her approach to sales, client service, and relationship building.

Her career includes leadership and global sales roles with Hyatt, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, The Venetian | The Palazzo, and Canyon Ranch. She has built lasting industry relationships, secured high-impact group business, and become a trusted partner to corporate, association, and third-party clients.

Donna is also a longtime advocate for sustainability in meetings and events as past president and currently serves on the Society for Sustainable Events board as Director of Education.
