Bert is a MICE and destination management specialist with nearly 30 years of experience in Thailand's tourism and events industry. As Managing Director of Realm, Thailand, he leads the company's local operations, driving business strategy, client relationships, and program delivery across the country.

A Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP), Bert holds a Professional Tourist Guide License (Thailand) and was named Best Tourist Guide of Thailand (English) at the 5th Thailand Tourism Awards in 2004. He is a Board Member and Vice President of TICA (Thailand Incentive and Convention Association) and has served as a lecturer for national incentive travel and events certification courses.
