Our newly renovated resort features 16,000 sq ft of total flexible space. Our indoor space of 11,000 sq ft features our Sand Key Ballroom, which is 3330 sq ft and is divisible by four sections. All of our meeting spaces are on the 2nd floor, with the exception of the Cedarwood room, which makes it super easy to keep your group together on the same floor. 5 of our meeting spaces have natural lighting and views of the water.
