The dining room is refined and understated, with a light, neutral palette and floor-to-ceiling windows that place the surrounding cityscape at the center of the space.

The Main Dining Room combines clean architectural lines with carefully considered furnishings and generous natural light. The restrained interiors create an elegant backdrop while expansive windows provide direct views toward Central Park and the surrounding architecture of Columbus Circle.

Nougatine adjoins Jean-Georges at 1 Central Park West and offers a more relaxed, energetic counterpart to the flagship restaurant. The contemporary dining room features a warm palette, polished finishes, an open kitchen, and expansive windows overlooking Central Park and Columbus Circle.
