Italy Corporate Incentives & MICE Programs

The Italian Concierge is a boutique, US-based luxury DMC specializing exclusively in custom travel programs throughout Italy. Since 1999, we've designed and executed private group incentives, corporate retreats, and affinity travel programs for organizations ranging from Fortune-level financial firms to Ivy-League university alumni associations.

Our services include:

• Custom itinerary design across all regions of Italy, from iconic destinations to lesser-known corners
• Full-service group logistics: private villas, palazzos, and exclusive venues; ground transportation; vetted local guides and drivers
• Corporate incentive programs and MICE events, from 20-person executive retreats to 75+ person multi-day incentive trips
• On-the-ground support throughout the program
• Enterprise-ready partnership: IATA accredited, $5M cyber and liability coverage, procurement-ready for corporate contracting

We are a woman-owned business and Travel + Leisure A-List Italy Specialist for 18 consecutive years, with 30 years of combined involvement in Italian tourism.
