In this high-energy 90-minute session, we dig into stories, actions, and moments that bring your values to life, then shape them into lyrics and music your team creates together. After your team have written their lyrics, they’ll perform their new core value song together, united around a shared understanding of what your values actually look like in practice. Following the session, the song will also be professionally recorded for your team to use and share afterwards.

While the song captures your values in words and music, the process of writing it together is where teams often experience those values first-hand. Participants are asked to lean into uncertainty, collaborate in real time, listen to each other, contribute ideas, support one another, and stay open and curious as something new takes shape.
