Soprana Rooftop Cucina is the MICHELIN Guide Recommended rooftop restaurant atop Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown and holds a distinction unlike any other in the brand: the only MICHELIN Guide-recognized restaurant within the Embassy Suites global portfolio.

Perched above downtown Asheville with sweeping 240-degree views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Soprana brings together Alpine-inspired, Appalachian-informed cuisine, brick-oven pizza, seasonal ingredients, craft cocktails and an unmistakable sense of place.

For meeting and incentive groups, Soprana can become much more than a dinner reservation. We offer private events, dedicated group lunches and full rooftop buyout experiences, creating an incredible setting for everything from executive gatherings and client receptions to closing-night celebrations. The interior accommodates up to 115 guests, while utilizing the entire rooftop expands the experience to up to 200 guests.
