- Personalized arrivals: Bilingual, uniformed transfer assistants greet guests with customized signage featuring the client’s logo or group name. Exclusive to Dominicana & Partners, our dedicated airport counter provides a visible, professional meeting point for arriving guests and can be customized with program branding for select arrivals.
- Dedicated transportation management: A dedicated Operations Manager oversees manifests, timing, dispatch and on-the-ground coordination throughout the program, working alongside the Program Manager and additional support staff as needed.
- Terminal coordination: An Event Coordinator at each airport terminal manages arrival and departure flow, supported by an appropriately sized team based on passenger volume and simultaneous movements.
- Add-ons & upgrades: Transfers can be enhanced with bottled water, hand sanitizer, soft drinks, snacks, alcoholic beverages, personalized cups, welcome amenities and additional branded touches, based on the needs of the program.
