Modern cuisine is brought to life in the newly renovated Faro & Brag, through an imaginative menu curated with your well-being in mind. The menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner place an emphasis on high quality, and are reflective of fresh, season and local ingredients which combine to showcase unique flavors and presentations with each dish served.

Each meal period is well represented with creativity, including the Crema Catalana Waffle at Breakfast, Desert Springs Barramundi at Lunch and Tamarind Braised Pork Shank at Dinner.

Libations are an essential element at Faro & Brag, and comprised of a wide selection of premium spirits, The Thirty-One Wine List and rounded out with tantalizing flavors discovered on the thoughtfully curated Cocktail List. Highlighting the offerings is The Signature Black Manhattan, exquisitely made with Widow Jane Lucky Thirteen for a truly decadent experience.

Faro & Brag welcomes guests to a new era of dining at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, where the food and beverage serve as centerpiece to a lively and approachable setting. Reopened January 2024.
