We help you find the options that make sense for your programme.

We speak directly with the hotels, check availability and negotiate rates and booking conditions on your behalf. We walk you through the options, explaining what each hotel offers and highlighting details such as payment dates, cancellation terms and what is included in the rate, so there are fewer surprises along the way.

Once you have made your choice, we take care of the day-to-day coordination: rooming lists, room types, special requests, VIP arrangements, early arrivals and late departures. Plans often change, especially with groups, so we keep in touch with your team and the hotel to make sure everyone has the latest information.

Our involvement continues throughout the stay. If a guest needs something or an unexpected issue comes up, you have someone local to call who knows your group and can help. After departure, we review the hotel charges and help resolve any questions. The aim is simple: to take the hotel coordination off your hands and make sure your guests are well looked after.
