Argentine Cooking Experience – Asado & EmpanadasDiscover Argentina through its flavors in an interactive and authentic culinary experience in the heart of San Telmo, Buenos Aires.Guests are welcomed with Argentine wine, artisanal breads, cheeses and traditional cold cuts, before joining our chef for a hands-on introduction to two icons of Argentine gastronomy: empanadas and asado.Participants learn about the history and regional varieties of Argentine empanadas and prepare their own empanadas from scratch, while discovering the secrets of the traditional Argentine grill.The experience also includes the preparation of classic sauces such as chimichurri, salsa criolla, provenzal and yasgua, followed by a traditional choripán and Argentine barbecue experience.Designed for incentive groups, corporate events, team-building activities and international travelers, the program combines gastronomy, culture and interaction in a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere.The experience can be organized privately and adapted to different group sizes and dietary requirements.More than a cooking class – a hands-on journey into Argentine culture, flavors and traditions.
