The J Team’s core belief is that every journey is an event for the person making it and that every traveling group, be it of 9 or 900 attendees, is a group of individuals bringing their own personal expectations and taking home their own unique memories.

The J Team has offices in Tokyo and Kyoto and is currently 20 professionals with an international background and a deep passion for Japan and helping business events access the essence of the country.

The J Team’s members are fluent in Japanese, many in two or more other languages as well. All are either native Japanese or non-Japanese who have lived and worked in Japan for years, several members for more than 20. So, The J Team is ready to handle everything from the distinct Japanese form of indirect communication to the strict business etiquette, to the sometimes overwhelmingly complex infrastructure and the peculiar sense of Japanese time.
