Design your own learning journey
You could come to IMEX America knowing exactly what you want to learn. Or you could arrive curious and see where it takes you. Both are good plans.
The IMEX America education program brings together expert speakers, practical conversations and fresh perspectives all free of charge. The question isn’t whether you’ll find something relevant to you. It’s where to start.
It begins on October 12 with Smart Monday, powered by MPI: a full day of education and networking at Mandalay Bay.
One of many highlights is MPI keynote Caitlin Krause. A Stanford educator, author, poet and augmented reality creator, Caitlin explores connection in a digitally layered world. Expect a thought-provoking look at mindful design, technology and well-being, and how they can help create experiences that feel more human.
Find your people and get practical
Smart Monday also creates space for different professional communities to tackle the challenges they’re facing.
Association Focus asks how associations can lead with truth, trust and curiosity. Corporate Focus gets practical about the “trust recession,” stakeholder relationships and the changing role of event professionals. The Executive Meeting Forum brings senior corporate meeting leaders together for discussion at Wynn Las Vegas.
New this year, the Corporate Co-Lab brings both Corporate Focus and Executive Meeting Forum participants together to turn insights from each event into collaborative action.
Among a stellar speaker lineup, former NFL offensive lineman and corporate CEO Shawn Harper brings The Winner’s Mindset to IMEX America on October 13, sharing how to move from playing not to lose to playing to win.
On October 14, leadership strategist Neen James explores how exceptional experiences can transform client relationships, create advocates and drive results, sharing practical ideas you can put to work right away.
Education tracks for everyone
Running throughout the show and open to all, the education program offers 300-plus sessions across 12 tracks. Topics span AI and event technology, strategic planning, leadership and culture, marketing and engagement and professional development.
Five new tracks are rooted in Design Matters, our Talking Point for 2026–2027, exploring how intentional choices can transform experiences, brands and results.
Design for Spectacle, created with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, turns to the city for inspiration. Netflix House, AREA15, Sphere, the Las Vegas Golden Knights, Formula 1 and Hard Rock Hotel are among the brands and experiences featured.
Whether you want a sharper strategy, practical tools or an hour that changes how you see your work, come ready to take part. Choose a track. Ask a question. Sit next to someone new. You never know where the learning might lead.
