Welcome to IMEX America 2026: Big show, thoughtful design
IMEX America is a big show. Big ideas. Big names. Big opportunities. And one global community arriving in Las Vegas ready to meet, learn and do business.
But big doesn’t have to mean overwhelming.
This year, thoughtful design is at the heart of the IMEX America experience. From a reimagined show floor to more support for first-timers, we’ve been looking at how every element can help you find your way, find your people and make the most of your time with us.
Across the show floor, explore 3,700-plus destinations, venues, hotels, technology providers and event specialists, all bringing the global business events industry together under one roof.
Montreal, Texas, Los Cabos, Egypt and Barbados are among those expanding their presence this year, while major hotel groups including Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott have confirmed their participation. We’ll also welcome back the Dominican Republic, Korea, Jamaica, Japan, Switzerland and Thailand, making it possible to travel the world without leaving Mandalay Bay. Comfortable shoes are still recommended.
In the spirit of this year’s Talking Point, Design Matters, several significant enhancements rooted in good design have been made across the show floor and beyond.
Circadian Cove Rx is taking restoration up a level with somatic breathwork, AI-powered massage, stress management sessions and cryotherapy. The push-up challenge is back too.
The Inspiration Hub has moved to a more prominent position, with its own entrance from the main walkway and larger theaters to ensure everyone gets a seat. It’s also close to the catering area, because good ideas need fuel.
Hosted buyers will now find their lounge upstairs in the Oceanside Ballrooms. Larger and freshly redesigned, it will offer more space to work, meet and recharge, alongside enhanced well-being areas.
We’re also improving the departure experience for attendees taking taxis, with shaded waiting areas, refreshments, music and entertainment while they wait for transportation.
Put these moments in your calendar
New this year, a styling and grooming station will offer hair styling, makeup and grooming services between show hours and evening events.
Another new addition is a special dinner at Caesars Palace on October 11, launching the Brian D. Stevens Hospitality Educational Fund.
Joining us for the first time? We’re making that easier too. A pre-show webinar, a Smart Monday orientation and a networking confidence session will help you arrive knowing what to expect and how to start a conversation once you’re here.
Lace up your sneakers for the IMEXrun, take a swing at MPI Tee Time at Topgolf or Meet in Ireland Golf, bid in the MPI Silent Auction, and join MPI Foundation’s glitzy Rendezvous party at Soleia.
Smart Monday, powered by MPI, kicks off on October 12, with a full day of learning and connection. Specialist events include Association Focus created by ASAE and sponsored by Visit San José, Corporate Focus sponsored by Javits Center and the Executive Meeting Forum hosted by Wynn Las Vegas and sponsored by Visit Austin, before the show floor opens on October 13.
Across four days of education, MPI keynote speakers include former NFL player and corporate CEO Shawn Harper and Stanford educator and experience designer Caitlin Krause. Leadership strategist Neen James will also bring her trademark energy and quick wit to the stage.
IMEX America may be growing in square footage and number of meetings, but its real impact goes beyond the numbers. It’s found in the moments when the right people find each other.
