Margaritaville Resort Orlando continues planning efforts for a major expansion of its meetings product, with an additional 45,000 square feet of function space proposed to complement the resort's existing 25,000 square feet. Current plans include two large ballrooms and approximately 15 breakout rooms, providing additional flexibility for conferences, corporate retreats and association meetings. Construction timing remains to be announced, with completion anticipated in 2028.
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is set to significantly expand its conference capabilities with more than 60,000 square feet of additional meeting space targeted for completion in 2028. The project is expected to increase the resort’s capacity to host larger conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, and other major events, further strengthening Osceola County’s position as a leading meetings and conventions destination.
SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista South
SpringHill Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista South is completing a property-wide refresh designed to enhance the attendee experience. Renovations include updated furnishings, new carpeting and refreshed finishes throughout guestrooms, creating a more modern and comfortable environment for business travelers and group attendees. Project completion is anticipated by the end of 2026.
Ovation
Ovation is a planned mixed-use development spanning more than 650,000 square feet across 77 acres. The project includes three hotels totaling approximately 740 rooms, along with retail, dining and entertainment offerings that could provide future accommodations and gathering spaces for meetings and events hosted in the Kissimmee area.
Everest Place
Everest Place is an upcoming planned entertainment district that will expand Kissimmee's lodging and attendee experience offerings. The development includes the 400-room Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts and the 163-room Mysk by Shaza Orlando Hotel & Residences, along with new dining, retail and entertainment venues.
Azure Hotel & Convention Center
The City of Kissimmee is partnering with Azure Hotel International to transform the former Civic Center site in downtown Kissimmee into a $180 million hotel and convention center development. The project will feature a 300-room hotel, a 45,000-square-foot convention center, dining and retail space, hospitality amenities and a new public trail connection that enhances walkability throughout downtown.
Hyatt Studios Hotel at Kissimmee Airport
Hyatt Studios is under development at Kissimmee Gateway Airport, expanding the destination's lodging and meeting offerings. The $25 million project will feature 122 guest rooms and approximately 3,000 square feet of meeting and conference space.

NeoCity Performing Arts Center
Osceola County continues to advance plans for the NeoCity Performing Arts Center, a major cultural investment within NeoCity, the county’s 500-acre technology and innovation district in Kissimmee. Envisioned as a flexible, multi-venue civic and cultural destination spanning approximately 90,000 square feet, the future center will enhance the region’s entertainment and event offerings. Once complete, the venue will provide a dynamic setting for performances, special events, and unique attendee experiences, further strengthening Osceola County’s appeal as both an innovation hub and cultural destination.
Kissimmee Gateway Airport
Kissimmee Gateway Airport recently secured preliminary approval to pursue international aviation services, a development that could further improve accessibility for future meetings and events. Expanded air service options would provide additional convenience for attendees traveling to Central Florida from international markets.

For executive retreats, incentive groups and extended team gatherings, Magical Vacation Homes continues growing its portfolio of professionally managed vacation homes throughout Reunion Resort, ChampionsGate and other premier resort communities.
One of the newest additions is the M Mansion at Reunion, a 12-bedroom luxury estate accommodating up to 30 attendees. The property features meeting-friendly gathering spaces, a private theater, fitness center, game rooms and resort-style outdoor amenities, offering a unique alternative to traditional accommodations for select group experiences.
