About the Speaker/Moderator
Lori Pugh has 20 years of experience in the meetings and events industry across both the planner and supplier sides of the business.
Lori is Vice President of the MPI Academy for Meeting Professionals International, where she leads MPI’s professional development strategy and oversees its portfolio of education, including live and digital events, knowledge experiences, professional certificate programs and educational partnerships.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of North Florida and a master’s degree in Meeting and Event Management from San Diego State University.
Lori was recognized as one of Eventex's 2022 Top 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry, MeetingsNet’s 2021 Changemakers and Meetings & Conventions Magazine’s 22 Millennials to Watch in 2016.
