I started as a Reservations trainee in our two properties, The St. Regis Florence & The Excelsior, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence, back in 2011 and had the opportunity to work in different departments, such as Groups, Finance and Marketing. After 5 years of experience as Reservations Manager, in 2024 I have been appointed as Account Manager.

We have 95 keys at the St. Regis and 171 keys at our rebranded sister property The Excelsior, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence. We do also welcome MICE businesses in our two properties and a large part of these Incentive and Meeting groups, are from North America. We do provide venues, all with natural day light in both properties and we do offer the possibility to book the rooms in one property and use the event venues of our sister property.
We are more than welcome to consider Buyout requests for both our properties.
