Meredith Marin is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Vegan Hospitality, a nonprofit that partners with hospitality brands, destinations, and event venues to reduce carbon emissions through plant-based culinary strategies and menu planning. Drawing on her background in hotel and restaurant consulting, Meredith launched the world's first certification program for accommodations that meet vegan guest accessibility standards.

Named one of the Top 50 Most Inspiring People in Hospitality and Travel by the International Hospitality Institute, Meredith has trained hospitality professionals in more than 30 countries and holds a master's degree in social work. She previously worked as a university lecturer.

Originally from New York City, Meredith lives in Aruba with her two children, where she enjoys exploring regional wellness offerings with an oat milk matcha latte in hand.
