MindWise: Experience by Design
Caitlin Krause is a globally recognized experience designer, author, keynote speaker and strategic advisor working at the intersection of human connection, well-being and emerging technology.
She founded the consultancy MindWise in 2015 and developed Stanford University’s digital well-being program. Caitlin is the author of six books, including Digital Wellbeing: Empowering Connection with Wonder and Imagination in the Age of AI. She helps organizations and event leaders strengthen connection, inspire creativity and design memorable experiences.
Her clients and collaborators include TED, NASA, IDEO, LinkedIn, Google, Meta and the U.S. State Department. In June 2026, Caitlin received the Nextant Prize at AWE for her contributions to the field.
Caitlin brings together technology and AI, storytelling, mindfulness, relationships and experience design to create meaningful engagement and connection.
