Executive Director of Host Cities
FIFA World Cup 2026
Aubrey Walton is Executive Director of Host Cities, Commercial & Strategic Management for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. She oversees the commercial and strategic operations of all 11 US host cities.
On the commercial side, Aubrey manages planning for sponsorships and fundraising, marketing and promotions, licensing and retail, legal, PR and communications and fan festivals. On the strategic side, she oversees event operations, tickets and hospitality, transportation, security, volunteers, government affairs, dressing and signage and entertainment.
Aubrey also manages and supports operations across the two host cities in Canada and three in Mexico, working closely with FIFA’s headquarters team in Zurich, Switzerland.
Before joining FIFA, Aubrey held positions at the National Football League in New York City and the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission in Los Angeles. She attended Purdue University and is originally from Sycamore, Ohio. She now lives in Miami, Florida.
