However, my journey started 32 years ago as a professional footballer, in the English Premier League, and in 2010 I transitioned to becoming a keynote speaker but increasingly I became frustrated by how outdated the speaking industry is.
So we’ve built Speakify so people who speak on stages can be booked in minutes and I’m very proud to say that after a year we are officially live with nearly 1,000 speakers from Day One (and we even secured our 1st booking within a week)!
Our mission at Speakify is to bring more people from every background to the speaking world (including more females, people of colour and diversity of voices, young, old and every other subject matter expert) by connecting, democratising and globalising the process of booking speakers so that it doesn’t matter who you know any longer (or who knows you) as it is more important to match the right speaker for the right event and this can only be done by digitalising the entire speaking industry.

Bringing speakers, clients, event organisers and industry partners into one ecosystem, Speakify combines greater transparency and access with innovative technology to modernise the speaking industry.
Our vision at Speakify is to reduce barriers to entry, create more opportunities for both established and emerging talent, and make booking the right speaker more accessible, efficient and truly global.
