Ksenija Polla, CEF-IF is a globally recognized leader in the association and business events industry with over 30 years' experience spanning membership growth, international development, education and strategic engagement. She is Director of International Development at Talley Management Group, where she leads efforts to expand the company’s global presence and partnerships.
Before joining Talley, Ksenija spent nearly three decades at ICCA, where she played a key role in launching certification programs, education initiatives and legacy projects that strengthened the global association community.
In 2025, she was named a Stellar Performer by Smart Meetings magazine in recognition of her contributions to mentoring, gender equity and sustainability.
