After graduating from Cambridge University, Sarah Furness followed her dream of becoming a combat helicopter pilot in the Royal Air Force.
As a squadron leader, she served on operational tours in Iraq and Afghanistan and became the first female helicopter pilot to fly and lead UK Special Forces missions in Iraq.
A qualified mindfulness coach and human factors facilitator, Sarah now combines her military experience with proven cognitive techniques to deliver keynote presentations around the world.
She is the creator of the HABITS Formula and PRACTISE SCARED methodology and author of two No. 1 bestselling books, Fly Higher and The Uni-Tasking Revolution.
While Sarah takes her work seriously, she is known for her approachable style and sense of humor. She lives with her young son, who keeps her on her toes.
