Liz Hunt is a hospitality and events industry leader with more than 25 years’ experience across event operations, client services, training, production and leadership.
Liz began her career with Maritz Travel Company before joining Unbridled Solutions in 2011. She progressed from Account Manager to Director of Operations and then Vice President of Operations, providing strategic oversight for services supporting up to 400 client events each year.
In 2022, Liz joined the Southwest Institute for Emotional Intelligence as Vice President of Operations and Emotional Intelligence Trainer. There, she helped organizations apply emotional intelligence principles to their teams and leadership.
Liz returned to Unbridled in 2024 as Director of Learning & Development, leading learning strategy across its live event companies. She oversees the company’s learning management system, leadership development and learning standards.
Liz also serves as Managing Director & Partner of Unbridled’s gifting company, where she uses her operations experience to strengthen the business, develop scalable systems and support growth. She provides strategic oversight for AI and software development across Unbridled, working with internal teams to modernize operations, improve efficiency and connect systems.
By combining operations, people development, emotional intelligence and innovation, Liz helps organizations work more effectively, develop stronger leaders and create exceptional experiences.
