Disney Meetings & Events
Ken Malquist is a creative catalyst who thrives on inspiring innovative ideas and delivering solutions for world-class entertainment, experiences and events.
He brings a background in film, television production and live entertainment, along with years of experience designing and directing immersive experiences for Disney Meetings & Events.
As Creative Director at Disney’s Creative Studio, Ken leads a team of show directors, writers and art directors, helping foster a culture of creativity across the division at Walt Disney World Resort.
In addition to his leadership role, Ken mentors students through sessions for the Experience Design and Management Master’s Program at Brigham Young University, helping support the next generation of industry professionals.
