Xavier Pineda Madrid is Senior Regional Director of Sales at Hilton, leading commercial strategy and group demand generation across the Caribbean and Latin America. Xavier oversees a portfolio of luxury, lifestyle and all-inclusive resorts, focusing on the meetings industry, leisure, luxury and business travel, and key global markets.

Xavier works with hotel owners, general managers and senior leaders to identify revenue opportunities and strengthen Hilton’s market position. His experience includes sales performance, market activation, recovery strategies, performance management, process optimization and people development.

Based in Miami, Xavier is an industrial engineer with an MBA. He supports collaboration and leads commercial initiatives across Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America.
