Christina Hug is the founder of BoardingPass and the creator of Community Council, with more than 15 years of experience in community strategy and experience design. Her work blends facilitation, program design and measurement frameworks, helping teams demonstrate impact while nurturing meaningful connection.
She has helped launch and scale global communities with CreativeMornings and has facilitated programming with Engineers Without Borders, the Mozilla Foundation and a startup decelerator on an island off the coast of Spain.
