Kate Holliday is Head of ESG for GES EMEA. She shapes the regional sustainability strategy, strengthens supplier engagement and supports teams across Europe, the Middle East and Africa in delivering measurable ESG outcomes.

Her career spans financial services and the global events industry, with roles at DMG World Media and Invesco. As a sustainability consultant, she led programs focused on sustainable event strategies, carbon measurement, waste management and operational change.

Kate’s work has contributed to GES being named Service Supplier of the Year at the AEO Excellence Awards and receiving the FESPA Gold Award and the Sustainable Event Solutions Award at the Exhibition Excellence Awards in India. These awards recognize the impact of practical, data-led ESG initiatives across regions.

Outside work, Kate has run a primary school green team and supports local charities in creating more sustainable community events.
