My journey with Choose 2 Rent began as a Fulfillment Center Associate, where I was responsible for packing and receiving orders and helping make sure everything was ready for our clients’ events. After gaining experience in the fulfillment center, I transitioned into my current role as a Client Service Specialist, where I have been for about eight months. My role involves helping clients with their orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure everything runs smoothly. I enjoy providing great customer service and helping clients have a positive experience.
