Darryl Mickens is the owner of Twelve Three Travel, a Las Vegas-based luxury and all-inclusive travel advisory. He is a Certified Sandals Specialist and a Certified Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Specialist. He is known for handling the details that make a trip feel effortless, from resort selection to group logistics.

Darryl was most recently inducted as Director of Industry Development for the Las Vegas Wedding Chamber of Commerce. In that role he works to connect and strengthen the wedding and events community, which fits naturally with his work in destination weddings and group travel.

Darryl's background goes beyond booking travel. He and his wife co-own Timeless Connection Wedding Officiants, so he sees destination weddings, vow renewals, and milestone celebrations from both sides: the ceremony and the travel. That perspective shapes how he plans group travel, including wedding parties, reunions, and legacy events. He personally vets properties so he can recommend places he trusts.

Darryl is affiliated with host agency Nexion and works with suppliers and partners such as Expedia TAAP. He is at IMEX to connect with resort and destination partners, DMCs, and suppliers who share his focus on memorable, well-run group experiences.
