With more than 30 years of diverse hospitality experience across cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, event venues, and destination management, I bring a unique perspective to my role as Charter and Journey Together Lead at Explora Journeys. I collaborate with charter operators, corporate event planners, and incentive travel specialists—whether new to cruising or seasoned in hosting cruise events—who are seeking more intimate and personalized guest experiences.

At IMEX, I look forward to engaging in consultative, thought-provoking conversations to build awareness of Explora Journeys and share our distinct approach to corporate gatherings at sea. Our venues are intentionally designed for smaller social experiences, fostering conversation and creating meaningful connections.

For larger groups, full-ship charters provide the ultimate in customization and exclusivity for up to 900 guests, while our ideal event size typically ranges from 10 to 200 participants. Guided by the belief that the world’s oceans connect us all, we are redefining luxury ocean travel—allowing guests to immerse themselves in discovery, connection, and shared experiences.
