Melissa Armstrong is an experience designer with more than 20 years’ experience creating events that bring different communities together. Her work ranges from incentive programs and intimate dinners for international guests to Hollywood benefits and global sales conferences for thousands of attendees.
Melissa has produced fan and community events in professional sports and served as Conference Director of QuakeCon, a gaming and esports convention. She has also helped deliver globally streamed press events and immersive E3 activations.
Today, as Vice President of Business Development at ConferenceDirect, Melissa uses her understanding of each event’s unique culture to create relevant, welcoming experiences. She listens to what audiences value and designs environments where every guest can feel a sense of belonging.
