I am the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, where I lead strategic sales, marketing, revenue, and business development initiatives. With extensive experience in hospitality and destination marketing, I am passionate about driving business performance while building meaningful partnerships within the meetings, conventions, and tourism industries. I served as Chair of the Metro Nashville Tourism Commission and as a board member of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corporation. I am currently serving on the Nashville Sports Council Board through June 2027. Additionally serve as chair of the Nashville Marriott Business Council Serve 360 (community service) Children's Miracle Network.

In 2024, I was honored to receive Marriott International's Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of my contributions to the hospitality industry. I enjoy connecting with meeting professionals, sharing innovative solutions, and showcasing Nashville as a premier destination for meetings, events, and unforgettable experiences.
