If the British Empire was not built on the afternoon Gin & Tonic, it certainly survived on it. At least that is the fun part of the story and we are sticking to it. But there was a history of the use of Quinine as a "tonic" for Malaria in the tropics, and so this tour covers the British history of Singapore followed by a Gin tasting at the award-winning Brass Lion Distillery.
