The authentic impact workshop is designed to provide planners with an opportunity to explore purpose in self discovery and workplace alignment. Led by social impact strategist Cat McGuire, this engaging session will introduce the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its role in supporting corporate objectives. Participants will partake in an interactive Ikigai-inspired exercise to uncover their values and strengths, and learn how to maximize them for buy in on more meaningful programming. The workshop ends in a collaborative think tank session, where we will brainstorm and develop innovative ideas, leaving attendees inspired with actionable strategies to enhance business events with social care as a mechanism for change, and engagementgives planners an opportunity to explore purpose, self-discovery and workplace alignment.
