Alex Wedesky began his career with Encore as a high school student, working in the warehouse and loading audiovisual equipment for events during the summer. After college, he returned to Encore as Network Manager at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, later becoming Regional IS Manager for the South Central market.
Before the pandemic, Alex worked as one of Encore’s Field Operations Engineers, supporting clients with their technology requirements across the United States. He later served as Director of Field Operations and is now Vice President of Internet Services.
Alex has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry. He has helped shape Encore’s Internet Services department and led the development of its Internet Everywhere program, with a focus on customer service and integration.
Alex graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He lives in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys spending time with his two children and his dog when he’s not working or traveling.
