PACT (Protect All Children from Trafficking)
Hayley Elliott is a private sector engagement manager at Protect All Children from Trafficking (PACT), where she partners with global businesses to strengthen efforts to prevent human trafficking and protect children. She manages a diverse portfolio of private-sector partners, developing tailored engagement strategies and leading training sessions that equip companies to identify risks and implement effective, ethical practices.
With experience spanning both direct service with survivors and private-sector partnership development, Hayley brings a unique, trauma-informed perspective to engaging the travel and tourism industry in prevention efforts. She is particularly passionate about leveraging corporate influence to drive sustainable, systems-level change.
Hayley holds a BA in International Studies and a BS in Sociology from the University of Evansville, as well as an MEd in Nonprofit Leadership from Belmont University.
