Theresa Breining, CMP-F, CMM, CED, is the president of Breining Group, Inc., whose focus is facilitating, training and consulting in the meetings and hospitality industries. Terri has been a successful meeting planner, business manager, entrepreneur and trainer for more than three decades and has been responsible for producing meetings and conducting training around the globe.

In its 20-plus years of business, her event management company, Concepts Worldwide, was a recognized international leader in providing full-service strategic meeting management, consulting services and ROI measurement.

In addition to managing advisory boards for a variety of destinations and other organizations, Terri has contributed to a long list of industry publications, served as faculty for several industry organization education programs and helped shape a graduate program, the Meeting & Event Master’s Program at San Diego State University.

Considered by many to be a thought leader, Terri is an activist working tirelessly to advance knowledge, skills and professionalism in the meetings industry.
